HEADLINES FROM AROUND THE LEAGUE
Oakland Raiders Win Mock Season Super Bowl September 29, 2017
The Oakland Raiders again win the NFL Mock Season, with polls being posted throughout the summer on a Google+ collection. The Raiders were also projected to win the 2016 Mock Season, after beating the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl LI. Although that didn't occur, the Raiders are again projected to go all the way in 2017. A 19-0 perfect team for the first time in NFL history, the Raiders are projected to defeat the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LII with a whopping score of 168-33. Led by head coach Jack del Rio, quarterback Derek Carr, and an outstanding wide-receiving duo featuring Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree, the Raiders again terrorize the NFL Mock Season, and the entire NFL. |

Chicago Bears First Team Eliminated July 23, 2017
John Fox's Chicago Bears came into this year with high hopes of turning their franchise back in the right direction after finishing with a 3-13 record and last place in the NFC North last year. With newly acquired quarterbacks Mike Glennon and second overall draft selection Mitch Trubisky leading the way, the Bears still hadn't woken up from offseason hibernation when they found themselves 0-10, at the bottom of the league standings, and the first to be mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Chicago bears up for the second half of the season and tries to avoid becoming the only team since their divisional rivals; the Detroit Lions in 2008; to go 0-16 in the regular season. |
